The partnership will see the popular TV personality feature in Hays Travel’s new TV advert, as well as on promotional materials in its 500 retail branches, and across the company’s website and social media platforms.

McCall, known for her roles in successful TV series such as Long Lost Family and The Masked Singer, as well as her fitness empire, said she was thrilled to be working with Hays Travel.

“I had the great pleasure of meeting Dame Irene at an event, where I sat next to her without knowing who she was or what she did.
“I’m not sure anyone has made such a massive first impression on me as she did.

The announcement comes as Hays Travel revealed that the group’s total transaction value had reached £3 billion for the first time in its history, one month ahead of the end of its financial year on April 30.
To thank staff for their loyalty and contribution to the company’s success, Dame Irene announced that employees would receive £100 for every year they have worked at Hays Travel.

McCall, a mother, presenter, fitness guru, and author, is one of the UK’s most loved TV personalities with a career spanning three decades.
She has also been a key brand ambassador for Garnier for nearly 20 years, and is an ambassador for Zoe and Ancient & Brave.
Her book Menopausing was published in 2022 and quickly became a Sunday Times Bestseller, winning Book of the Year at the British Book Awards 2023.
