Since her father, Joe Giudice, began his prison sentence in 2015 for mail, wire, and bankruptcy fraud, Teresa has been the sole provider for her children. “My mom has been the sole provider for my sisters and I since the minute my father left for prison,” Gia shared, reflecting on her family’s journey.

Even after Teresa’s own stint in prison, which lasted nearly a year before she was released in December 2015, Gia said her mom continued to work tirelessly to ensure a stable life for her children. “I can’t stress enough how much my mom has worked,” Gia said, showing her admiration for her mother’s dedication.

While the news of Teresa and Luis’ tax debt might raise concerns for some, Gia reassured fans that there’s no need for alarm. “Everything will be resolved. My mom has everything under control and there’s nothing to worry about,” she confidently stated.

Gia also shared her appreciation for her stepdad, Luis Ruelas, who married Teresa in August 2022. “My stepdad, Louis, is the most amazing stepfather. He treats my sisters and I like we are his own. He is also working on getting everything resolved as well,” she said, offering a heartfelt shout-out to the man she now calls family.
