Japan’s SPEXA 2025 Exhibition Aims To Drive Development In The Rocket Industry
Over the past few years, the rocket industry has grown, fuelled by increasing rocket launches and space exploration missions. This growth only calls for advancements in the industry to help meet its evolving needs.
According to the official release of the SPEXA 2025 exhibition, the rocket market will see a $22.7 billion growth between 2024 and 2029. The commercial part of the rocket industry is also expected to reach $25.6 billion by 2030.
Various communication satellites, navigation systems, and OTT satellites in space will fuel this growth. To transport these satellites and systems to space, the industry will need to rely on rockets of various kinds with standout technology.
During the coming SPEXA 2025 exhibition, which will take place from 30 July and 1 August 2025, attendees will get to see new rocket technology first-hand. These various technologies might just play a vital role in the growth of the rocket industry.
At this event, there will be a good number of rocket manufacturing firms showing off their inventions. There will also be speeches and panellists who will engage in discussions about rocket technology and the industry’s growth.
What To Expect From The SPEXA 2025 Exhibition
During the SPEXA 2025 exhibition, we expect to see a total of six rocket launch companies and one rocket development firm. In this exhibition, there will be four panellists and one moderator who will discuss the topic “The Space Industry: Japan’s Leading Rocket Development Chosen Worldwide.”
The firms to be in attendance are: Interstellar Technologies Inc., Innovative Space Carrier Inc., SPACE WALKER Inc., SPACE ONE Inc., PD AeroSpace Ltd, and Rocket Link Technology Inc. As for the rocket development and infrastructure support firm, we expect to see IHI AEROSPACE Co., Ltd.
When it comes to the panellists we expect to see Takafumi Horie, Founder, of Interstellar Technologies Inc., Akinhinde Manabe, CEO, of SPACE WALKER Inc., Kojior Hatada, CEO, of Innovatives Space Carrier Inc., and Yasuhiro Morita, CEO of, Rocket Link Technology Inc. Moderating this group of panellists is Nobutaka Komatsu Venture Partner, Innovation Engine, inc and Internationally Certified Investment Analyst.
