The medical cooperation system “Medigle” announced on the 11th that it has raised 245 million yen in a pre-Series A round led by XTech Ventures. Participating in this round were the Meiji Yasuda Future Co-creation Fund, Nissay Capital, Kyoto Capital Partners, Hirogin Capital Partners, Plug and Play Japan, and the G-STARTUP Fund operated by GLOBIS.
Founded in January 2022, Medigle develops and provides web systems specialized for regional medical cooperation. It has been adopted by medical institutions nationwide and implemented in more than 570 hospitals cumulatively across the series.
Medigle Reservation realizes 24/7 reservation acceptance as a web system for hospital referral reservations, equipped with functions such as schedule adjustment, time slot reservation, issuance of unique reservation form URLs, and automatic generation of reservation tickets.
Medigle CRM, which manages patients, is a customer management system with functions such as recording and sharing activities, reviews for sharing customer information, managing affiliated medical institutions, analyzing referral and reverse referral data, and measuring sales activity effectiveness. It visualizes referring customer information and strengthens relationships with regional medical institutions. Additionally, Medigle Search, which supports visits to and reverse referrals to family doctors, allows free browsing of a database of more than 170,000 medical and dental institutions nationwide. It enables patients without referral letters or those who have completed treatment to smoothly search for affiliated medical institutions, allowing patients themselves to find “family doctors,” while medical institutions can also guide patients to appropriate reverse referral destinations.
Furthermore, in January this year, Medigle announced that it has begun building a “Patient Referral Online Reservation Platform” to solve the challenges of medical institution referral reservations that arise among core hospitals, clinics, and patients. Based on the funds raised this time, in addition to accelerating the implementation of each service, they will strengthen the organizational structure of each department, including sales, marketing, and development, toward building a patient referral platform.
