Beloved children’s YouTube star Ms. Rachel and her husband, composer and producer Aron Accurso (aka Mr. Aron!) have teamed up with World Food Program USA (WFP) to help fight childhood hunger.
The humanitarian organisation made the announcement on social media, thanking the couple for making a generous $1 million pledge: “We are beyond grateful for their support – it will truly save and change lives.”
According to WFP, the funds will be used to provide 2 million meals to kids and their families, all around the world. The organisation is currently providing meals to people in Myanmar, Gaza, Sudan, Haiti, Ethiopia and more.
Confirming the news on Instagram, Ms. Rachel said: “In a world with more than enough good for all, the existence of starving children is a devastating failure of our shared humanity.”
The popular YouTuber has consistently used her platform to advocate for children’s rights. Earlier this week, she posted: “Children have human rights. These rights are not just for some children, they are for all children. Standing up for children, especially those who are most vulnerable, is the right thing to do.”

Ms. Rachel and Mr. Aron recently welcomed their second child via surrogate, a daughter named Susannah. In a post on Instagram, Rachel wrote:
“Sometimes timing isn’t what you plan and the road to get there is bumpier than you expect, but when you hold your little ones you know, I’m meant to be your mama.”
The special news was shared seven months after Ms Rachel revealed she’d experienced pregnancy loss.
