RHOBH Star Dorit Kemsley Files for Divorce After PK Caught Kissing Another Woman!

Dorit Kemsley is officially ending her marriage to Paul “PK” Kemsley after nearly a decade together. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star filed for divorce on Friday, just hours after PK was photographed sharing a kiss with another woman.

According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Dorit, 48, cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. She is requesting sole legal and physical custody of their two children — son Jagger, 11, and daughter Phoenix, 9 — as well as spousal support and coverage for her legal fees.

The filing came shortly after PK, 57, was spotted in a PDA-filled moment with model and Amazing Race alum Shana Wall outside Cipriani’s in Beverly Hills. The two were seen holding hands and embracing, marking PK’s first public outing with someone new amid the couple’s separation.

Dorit and PK first announced they were taking time apart in May 2024, releasing a joint statement that acknowledged the challenges in their marriage. “We have had our struggles over the last few years and continue to work through them as two people who love each other and share two amazing children together,” they said at the time, stressing their commitment to co-parenting in a “harmonious environment.”

The unraveling of their relationship has played out on Season 14 of RHOBH, where Dorit opened up about the dynamics behind their decision to separate. During the premiere, she shared that their split was a “mutual” decision, made after a mature conversation.

Dorit also revealed that PK’s drinking contributed to the tension, describing their relationship as “very toxic.” She said, “Over the years, [his drinking has] gotten progressively worse, and little fights would turn into blowups. We would be in the gutter after a fight, screaming at one another.”

PK has since become sober, celebrating nine months of sobriety as of September. In a heartfelt Instagram post, he reflected on his journey, writing, “The benefits are so freaking huge … you get to witness your life as it’s supposed to be experienced — raw, real, and beautiful.”

Despite the challenges, Dorit said during a November appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen that she and PK were maintaining a “friendly” relationship for the sake of their children.

The couple, who tied the knot in March 2015, had no prenuptial agreement in place, according to TMZ. Their divorce now heads to court as they work to officially untangle their lives.
