
Baskin-Robbins is kicking off spring with a new Flavor of the Month that brings cocktail-inspired flair—minus the alcohol. The brand has introduced Paloma Paradise, a grapefruit-forward ice cream and sorbet swirl that blends citrusy sweetness with a hint of heat from chili pepper lime ribbons.
Inspired by the popular Paloma cocktail, this non-alcoholic scoop features bright tropical notes and a mild spicy kick, designed for customers craving a bold and refreshing treat.
To complement the new flavor, Baskin-Robbins is also launching the Paloma Paradise Fizz, a mocktail-style beverage that mixes scoops of the new ice cream with STARRY™ lemon-lime soda and a sprinkle of Tajín® for a zesty finish. The fizzy drink is part of the brand’s refreshed Fizz platform, which reimagines soda-and-ice cream pairings for a new generation of frozen drink lovers.
As an added perk, Baskin-Robbins Rewards members can enjoy a medium Paloma Paradise Fizz for $4 throughout April via the BR app.
The chain is also rolling out a new offering: Flavor Flights, allowing customers to sample four 2.5 oz scoops in one order, served with waffle cone chips in a travel-ready tray. Whether mixing new flavors or sticking with old favorites, the flights offer a chance to explore the menu without committing to a full scoop.
