One Day Only: Authentic Neapolitan Pizza Collaboration with Marione – April 15
On April 15, Boccalino will team up with Marione, a beloved Neapolitan pizzeria from Seoul’s trendy Seongsu district, for a special one-day-only collaboration. Chef Marione will be onsite to prepare four of the restaurant’s signature pizzas during this exclusive pop-up, offering guests the rare opportunity to enjoy authentic Neapolitan pizza in a luxury dining setting. Marione was recently recognized by Gambero Rosso- Tre Bicchieri 2025’s “Top Italian Restaurants 2025” in Korea with the highest pizza rating—Three Slices (“Pizza 3 Spicchi”).
Featured pizzas include the Margherita Marione, Pizza Garibaldi, Pizza Bottarga, and Marinara e Gambero Rosso—each showcasing premium ingredients such as San Marzano tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, bottarga, and red shrimp. With dough fermented from the day before, these limited-edition pizzas deliver a perfect balance of tradition and creativity. During lunch, guests can opt to upgrade their Lunch Delight course to include the Margherita Marione as the main dish (KRW 10,000 supplement), while all four pizzas will be available à la carte for dinner, priced from KRW 28,000.
Chef’s Tasting Menu – Available from April 7
Starting April 7, Boccalino unveils a renewed Chef’s Tasting Menu, offering six courses that reflect the chef’s culinary philosophy and a refined sense of seasonality. The menu begins with a refreshing Crab Tart welcome dish, followed by Korean Beef Tartare with black truffle and Kristal caviar, and Squid Ink Gnocchi served in an acqua pazza style. The main courses include a Lobster Wellington with lobster mousse, bisque Béarnaise sauce, spinach velouté pastry, and lemon zest, as well as Grilled Korean Sirloin paired with fennel couscous, red basil pesto, morel mushrooms, and deodeok chips for added texture. For dessert, the experience concludes with a Hallabong Vanilla Mousse White Chocolate Ravioli and Hallabong Sorbet, offering a bright and citrusy finish. Available exclusively during dinner service, the Chef’s Tasting Menu is priced at KRW 220,000 per person.
Earth Day Candlelit Dinner – April 22
In celebration of Earth Day on April 22, Boccalino will host a Candlelit Dinner from 6:30 to 7:30 PM. All electric lights in the restaurant will be turned off, with the space illuminated only by candlelight. This one-hour event is part of Four Seasons Hotel Seoul’s broader ESG initiative, encouraging guests to reflect on the importance of sustainability while enjoying a unique and memorable dining atmosphere.
