Chinese business strategist and scholar Xiaofei Han has been awarded the Eternal TITAN of Growth at the 2025 TITAN Business Awards, an honor that places her among international leaders and companies recognized for transforming industries through strategic foresight and bold innovation. Previous awardees include global brands such as Microsoft, NBA, Lenovo, eBay, and Nestlé.
Han, currently a visiting scholar at California State University, Long Beach, is known for pioneering China’s “fission marketing” model—a social referral and growth mechanism that fueled exponential user acquisition and sales in e-commerce and later revitalized brick-and-mortar industries during times of crisis.

Her recent research in the United States builds on this entrepreneurial foundation by exploring how artificial intelligence, market prediction, and business intelligence can help organizations respond to global market uncertainty with greater agility and precision.
“Receiving the Eternal TITAN of Growth award affirms the deeper purpose behind my work—building adaptable and ethical strategies that bridge cultures, industries, and technologies,” Han said. “It’s not just about growing fast. It’s about growing right.”
As part of her academic output, Han has published two peer-reviewed English-language papers. The first, titled Innovation and Optimization Practice in Business Operations, appears in the International Journal of Management Science Research). The second, Key Elements of In-Depth Analysis of Business Insights, was accepted by the World Journal of Innovation and Modern Technology. Both papers focus on leveraging AI and data systems to optimize enterprise performance, streamline decision-making, and support long-term operational success.
These publications mark a new chapter in Han’s career, positioning her as a thought leader at the intersection of Eastern innovation and Western research infrastructures.
Her rise to prominence began in China’s e-commerce sector. Between 2016 and 2018, Han led high-growth digital marketing teams that generated over 500% revenue increases across multiple platforms. Her signature “fission model” used social media virality to amplify consumer engagement and was widely adopted in both online and offline settings. As COO of a fitness company in Shanghai during the COVID-19 pandemic, Han adapted the model to rescue the business from disruption—fusing physical retail with digital outreach in real-time.
In 2024, Han brought that momentum to the United States. Her current research aligns closely with the U.S. National Science and Technology Council’s (NSTC) Critical and Emerging Technologies list, focusing on areas such as advanced computing, predictive analytics, data privacy, and integrated communication networks. Her work contributes to the evolving needs of American enterprises looking to increase competitiveness through intelligent systems and secure, adaptive infrastructure.
The Eternal TITAN of Growth award is given to individuals and organizations who not only thrive in the face of change but actively lead others through it. “These are the visionaries who redefine what sustainable growth looks like,” according to the TITAN Awards’ official statement. “Through bold strategies, innovation, and resilience, they set the standard for global leadership.”
Han’s next steps include developing AI-powered marketing tools tailored for cross-border commerce and deepening international collaborations between Chinese and American business communities. She also plans to mentor emerging entrepreneurs who are navigating similarly hybridized paths between innovation and industry.
“No system is perfect, but every system is improvable,” Han said. “The role of a strategist today is to move fluidly between insight and action, between local context and global consequence.”
With a growing reputation that now spans continents, Han continues to shape the conversation on how technology and human-centered thinking can unlock new forms of growth in a fragmented world.
